Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your enrolment in and use of the Pattern Making Bootcamp (the "Program") offered by The Fashion Architect Co. ("we", "us", "our"). By enrolling, you agree to these Terms.

1.The Program

The Program is a 12-week online pattern making bootcamp. It includes weekly pre-recorded video lessons, weekly assignments and reviews, a live Q&A session each week, a bonus grading class, a certificate of completion, and access to a community channel. We may adjust the schedule or content to improve the Program.

2.Enrolment and payment

The Program fee is ₦100,000, payable through our payment provider, Nestuge. Your place is confirmed once payment is complete. After payment, you will be given access to the course materials and community channel (currently hosted on Telegram). Cohort start dates are shown at enrolment.

3.Refunds

All sales are final and payments are non-refundable. Your payment is valid only for the cohort you registered for and cannot be transferred or carried over to another cohort. If you are unable to participate, you will need to register and pay again for a future cohort.

4.Access to course materials

Access to the Program materials is provided for your personal learning. Where we offer lifetime access, it applies to the course content for as long as we reasonably continue to host it, and may be subject to the terms of the platforms we use to deliver it.

5.Intellectual property

All course materials — including videos, drafts, templates, guides, and written content — are owned by The Fashion Architect Co. and are for your personal use only. You may not copy, record, resell, share, redistribute, or publicly post the materials, or use them to run your own competing course, without our written permission.

6.Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when you enrol.
• Keep your access to the community channel and materials private to your own account.
• Treat instructors and fellow students respectfully in all community spaces.
• Not share, leak, or resell any part of the Program.

7.Educational purpose and results

The Program is educational. We are committed to teaching you strong technical skills, but we do not guarantee any specific income, job, client, or business outcome. Your results depend on your own effort and practice.

8.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Fashion Architect Co. will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Program. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9.Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Program if you breach these Terms, including by sharing or reselling the materials or behaving abusively in the community.

10.Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Program means you accept the updated Terms.

11.Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of Nigeria.
